yoga

You know when you feel like chocolate. Even if it’s midnight you do everything to get one…you know 30min walk to the petrol station hihih

Today I have the same feeling but for yoga. I just want to attend my favourite yoga class…oh gosh I feel my body is craving for it.

Miss you my yoga! I promise you – my body – to catch up next week, while having some free time.

One I found my favourite Yoga teacher I do stick to her classes. Elena is just fantastic! She teaches at the:

1. Arches Leisure Centre in Greenwich (London, UK)

  • Tue 7:30 – 8:30 am,
  • Thu 9:30 – 10:30 am
  • Thu 8:30 – 10:00 pm

2. Eltham Centre in Eltham (London, UK)

  • Wed 7:00 – 8:30 pm
  • Sat 9:00 – 10:30 am
And what is your favourite sport? How do you relax your body and mind?

holidays

Long awaited holiday. This time we went to Poland and choose Swinoujscie as our destination. We rented an apartment and fully enjoy free time – although I missed home made food (we did not have time to cook, and it took us 4 hours to figure out how to turn on the hub; technology heh?) we did have a great time. Luis was fishing while I had a nap on the beach followed by browsing a magazine – it is just perfect summer laziness. However it would not be me if I did not get bored at some point ;) So we decided to hire bikes…

Active Holiday :)

Trip from Swinoujscie to Ahlbeck

Riding a bike – it is  perfect summer activity unless the temperature is above 36C – then better swimming pool. After we arrive to Ahlbeck I was starving – so did pizza with a pint of German beer rescue me :)

With crunchy dough....mniam mniam

Be in Germany and not to try beer - crime ;)

Stomach full – it was time to came back :) Beautiful surroundings…total peace of mind…and I can say that I definitely fell in love with riding a bike.

In Germany already...

ohh come on wait for me!!!!

Alhbeck

Trip was lovely…bit tiring so the next day we did feel all our muscles - for those who love sports – a really good feeling.

Bit tired already....but smiling and happy :)

What is your favourite holidays’ activity? Well, just do not tell me that holding a glass of beer ;)

action 1: commitment

my reasons WHY

Because:

1. I do not like to be limited. Limited to take my holidays only in particular period of time!

2. I do not like to play any ‘office politics’.

3. I want to be able to lead (provide the best service) regardless economics.

4. I want to have a peace of mind and passive income. My goal is £1000.00 monthly of passive income  by mid 2014

5. I want to be freeeeeeeee :) Do not get me wrong, not fee doing nothing – that is boring. Free from other people imposing upon you.

women empowerment journal

Today someone arrived at my blog by googling ‘women empowerment journals’. As I did not post yet about the resources that I feel could be of some interest – so there you go! The ones that could easily fit any women empowerment journals:

1. Richwoman.com – openly about money, investing, cash flow and taking charge of your financial life. Although you need to log in to get an access to more articles and resource, it is free! Alongside richwoman.com I highly recommend richdad.com, with even more materials available. You will get a chance to download excel spreadsheet to help you manage your personal financial statements from resources page (right-hand site) and many many more…powerful,

2. Women section of Entrepreneur - from ideas for small business for woman to case studies and how-to-do guides,

3. Secrets of Moms Who Dare To Tell All- I love the tile :) of the blog founded by Liz Nord It indeed tells it all – real ins and outs of being a parent. There are numbers of posts’ authors, so I am sure any mom-to-be/mom already/or simply a curious one will find something for herself. Accomplished women dare to tell it all. I m lovin’ it!

4. Although not a web-site, however a persuasive and telling interview with First Lady Michelle Obama@katiecouric.

Note: There is plenty of there – sea of information. Women target market is immense however I would not narrow it too much, as aerodynamics can be as much fascinating as solely women targeted product!

You are beautiful!

free time

There are some book that I prefer more than others –  thrillers. However from time to time I do enjoy a literature aimed mainly to women. When I do not feel like absorbing any more information I just simply enjoy books by Emily Giffin. Something Borrowed and Something Blue I have read a year ago, and now it’s time for Heart of The Matter

Perfect to relax

Started already, and so far it seems like the best of all Giffin’s books.
